Happy Birthday Jake!
I know this post is late, but I really wanted to post all our birthday's this year so here's your happy birthday post for Feb. 24 Jake. You are our first born, the one who made all the firsts brand new. Sometimes nervous feelings - to not knowing what to do in situations where you were sick or upset because you weren't talking - to overjoyed, feelings of such love and happiness that cannot be expressed in words.
You are willing to listen and understand what is being said and do your best to follow through. You truly would live outside if I would let you. You have an amazing imagination and are full of love and adventure. We love you so much and cannot believe you are nine years old now and it's been tons of fun watching you get there. Thanks for being such a wonderful son and big brother. Remember always how much love and support you have all around you. It is a great blessing.
